With custom status, you can create unique statuses that align with your specific order fulfillment process or business requirements. Here’s how you can use custom status in Omega:
- Click on the Tracking page tab on the left navigation bar, go to Configuration, and choose Custom Status

- Enter a name or label for the custom status, such as “Out for Delivery,” “Backordered,” or “Delivered to Neighbor.”
