Synctrack Returns are therefore excited to announce the launch of two robust new features that will greatly reduce the amount of manual labour involved in your return operations while also giving you more control and flexibility. Let’s walk you through what’s new and how it will simplify your life.
You may need to temporarily modify your return eligibility during certain critical periods, such as during busy holiday seasons, special product promotions, or exclusive flash sales. Previously, it was frequently difficult to make these short-term changes.
You can now determine precisely which orders are returnable based only on the date of purchase thanks to the new Order Date Range Policy.

The Benefit: During your busiest and most delicate times, this feature provides clarity, security, and predictable operations.
Example: If the policy is activated for orders placed between November 20, 2025, and November 30, 2025, any orders placed during that 10-day period will automatically be excluded from return requests.

We’re making our powerful Condition-based Workflows even smarter! We’ve introduced a new action that allows you to set custom return policies triggered by specific conditions. This means you can now define unique return windows or rules for different product groups, specific tags, or even geographical regions.
Imagine setting a 30-day policy for all orders, but a strict 14-day policy for products tagged “Accessories.” Now you can. You can use this action to automatically prevent requests that exceed the allowed time or simply warn customers based on the conditions they meet.
