What’s New

The new update introduces two fundamental shifts in how you interact with your return data: Focused Dashboards and Intelligent Filtering.

1️⃣ Dedicated dashboards for each purpose

Instead of one giant list of metrics, your data is now organized into specialized tabs so you can find what you need in seconds:

  • Overview: Your “at-a-glance” snapshot of return volume, rates, and financial impact.

  • Revenue Insights (Premium+): The ultimate profitability tracker. See exactly how much revenue you’ve retained via exchanges and store credit versus what has walked out the door as a refund.

  • Return & Customer Insights: Identify patterns. Which products are coming back most? Which countries have the highest return rates? Is it a quality issue or a sizing trend?

  • Operations Dashboard (Premium+): Measure your team’s efficiency. Track “Average Time-to-Refund” and see exactly how many hours your automation rules are saving you every week.

2️⃣ Flexible date filtering for accurate insights

The biggest headache in returns is timing. Did that return happen because of a sale yesterday, or an order from three months ago? You can now filter by three distinct logic types:

  • Order Created Date: “Out of everything we sold in January, how much was eventually returned?” (Perfect for calculating true ROI).

  • RMA Created Date: “How many new return requests hit our inbox this morning?” (Perfect for daily workload management).

  • RMA Resolved Date: “How many returns did we actually finish and restock this week?” (Perfect for accounting and inventory audits).
