Where the new links appear:
Shopify Order Status Page: The primary page customers visit to check their status.
Shipping Confirmation Emails: Every automated email Shopify sends will now point to your branded page.
Shopify Order Details: Even your internal merchant view will link directly to your custom portal.
The “Retroactive” Advantage: Don’t worry about orders that are already in transit. You can apply this change retroactively to the last 30 days of shipments, instantly upgrading the experience for your current customers.
Navigate: Go to Settings → Tracking Link Set-up in the Synctrack app.
Toggle On: Switch on the “Replace tracking link” option.
Backfill (Optional): Click “Replace links for old shipments” to update your tracking links for the last 30 days.
Note: We believe in flexibility. If you ever choose to uninstall the app, Synctrack will automatically restore the original carrier links so your customers never lose their tracking ability.
