How to track a DSV shipment?
Enter the tracking number or customer reference in the Track & Trace tool on dsv.com or the DSV mobile app.
Why is my shipment not updating?
Allow up to 24 hours after booking for the first scan. Delays may arise from customs clearance, third-party handovers or missed scans.
Can a shipment be tracked without a tracking number?
Log into myDSV to retrieve your reference number, or contact customer service with alternative details (e.g., container number).
What does “In transit” mean?
Indicates the shipment is moving between locations or awaiting the next handling step. Transit duration varies by service type and route.
