Click “Track” to view current location, status history and estimated delivery time.
Alternatively, download the PostNord app for smartphone updates and push-notification alerts.
Obtain the PostNord tracking number from the sender or purchase confirmation.
Visit the Synctrack courier directory at synctrack.io/couriers.
Select PostNord from the list of couriers.
Input the tracking number into the search field.
Click “Track” to retrieve the shipment’s progress and delivery predictions.

Under “Actions” it is possible to send new notification emails to recipients and generate QR codes for return shipments.
EDI stands for Electronic Data Interchange, showing shipments that have been labelled but not yet scanned at a terminal.
The weight is displayed in the detailed view of each shipment; click on the specific shipment ID to reveal its weight and dimensions.
Domestic parcels are held at the nearest service point for up to 7 business days before being returned to the sender.
