PostNord was established on 24 June 2009 through the merger of the Swedish postal operator Posten AB and the Danish postal service Post Danmark A/S, uniting two historic organisations whose roots extend back to the 17th century. How to Track PostNord Packages

Via the Official PostNord Website

  1. Navigate to the Track & Trace page: https://www.postnord.com/track-and-trace/.

  2. Enter the shipment ID in the designated field: Nordic deliveries or International deliveries.

  3. Click “Track” to view current location, status history and estimated delivery time.

  4. Alternatively, download the PostNord app for smartphone updates and push-notification alerts.

Via the Synctrack Tracking Tool

  1. Obtain the PostNord tracking number from the sender or purchase confirmation.

  2. Visit the Synctrack courier directory at synctrack.io/couriers.

  3. Select PostNord from the list of couriers.

  4. Input the tracking number into the search field.

  5. Click “Track” to retrieve the shipment’s progress and delivery predictions.

Under “Actions” it is possible to send new notification emails to recipients and generate QR codes for return shipments.

What does EDI mean?

EDI stands for Electronic Data Interchange, showing shipments that have been labelled but not yet scanned at a terminal.

Where can the weight of a package be found?

The weight is displayed in the detailed view of each shipment; click on the specific shipment ID to reveal its weight and dimensions.

How long does PostNord hold undelivered packages?

Domestic parcels are held at the nearest service point for up to 7 business days before being returned to the sender.
