1. What types of tracking numbers does RL Courier use?
• PRO Number: 9-digit primary identifier for LTL shipments.
• Bill of Lading (BOL) Number: For freight documentation.
• Pickup Request ID: Generated when scheduling pickups.
2. Why is my shipment status “In Transit” but hasn’t updated?
Status may show “In Transit” until the next scan at a terminal or customs clearance update occurs.
3. Can delivery instructions be changed after shipment pickup?
Yes. Contact customer service at 800-535-1984 with your PRO Number to request rerouting or delivery hold options.
4. What if my package is marked “Delivered” but isn’t received?
First check with neighbors or alternative delivery points, then contact customer service immediately for an investigation.
5. How long does standard LTL delivery take?
Typically next-day service for shipments under 500 miles; two-day under 1,000 miles; three-day under 1,500 miles, varying by service level and zone.
