1. What do the different tracking statuses mean?
In Transit: Package is moving between locations.
Out for Delivery: Courier has reached the local delivery hub and is en route.
Delivered: Shipment has been handed over to the recipient or authorised person.
2. Why isn’t the tracking information updating?
Scans may be pending if the package is in a remote facility.
Delays can occur due to customs clearance or operational hold-ups.
3. What if the status shows “Delivered” but the package has not arrived?
Verify with neighbours and building management.
Contact Delhivery Customer Care immediately with the AWB number for investigation.
4. How can the delivery address or date be changed?
Use the Delhivery App or website to raise an Address Change or Reschedule request before the package is out for delivery.
5. Is it possible to track multiple packages at once?
Yes. On the Delhivery Tracking page, select Multiple Track and input up to 30 AWB numbers separated by commas.
