Protect your packages of all stages of transportation
Freight shipments don’t usually arrive overnight, especially when they’re moving between the United States and Canada. Tracking lets you know where the shipment is today without having to call your carrier or freight broker.
Use your PRO Number or Tracking Number to check the latest Hercules Forwarding shipment status. You can also track it through the Synctrack Tracking Page at https://synctrack.io/couriers/ if you want to keep shipments from different carriers in one place.
Many logistics companies offer everything from parcel delivery to ocean freight. Hercules Forwarding Tracking has taken a different path.
Since 1985, Hercules Forwarding Tracking has focused specifically on Less Than Truckload (LTL) transportation, with particular expertise in freight moving between the United States and Canada. Rather than treating cross – border shipments as one service among many, it has built its operations around that corridor, supported by company terminals in both countries and direct transportation routes designed to reduce unnecessary transfers.
That specialization also extends to domestic LTL services within Canada and within the United States for customers whose shipments don’t cross the border.
Unlike parcel delivery, LTL freight doesn’t usually revolve around a small package barcode. Instead, shipments are identified by a PRO Number, which follows the freight throughout its journey.
If you’re shipping commercial goods between the United States and Canada, that single reference number helps you keep track of the load as it moves through Hercules’ network, whether it’s waiting for customs processing, travelling between terminals, or heading toward its final delivery appointment.
International freight doesn’t stop at the border – it also has to clear it.
Hercules works alongside customs brokers through programs such as PARS for Canadian imports and PAPS for shipments entering the United States. These systems allow customs documentation to be reviewed before the truck reaches the border, helping reduce delays and keeping freight moving whenever clearance requirements have already been met.
For customers, that means shipment tracking reflects more than transportation alone; it also provides visibility during an important stage that can affect delivery schedules.
The online customer portal is designed for businesses that manage freight regularly, not just those checking delivery status once in a while.
From the same platform, customers can request pickups, prepare and print Bills of Lading (BOLs), estimate transit times, request freight quotes, and manage shipping documents electronically. Proof of Delivery is also available online, including signed delivery records and supporting documentation after a shipment has been completed.
Some shipments demand additional expertise before they can even be loaded onto a truck.
Hercules Forwarding Tracking is qualified to transport hazardous materials (Hazmat) in accordance with applicable regulations in both the United States and Canada. Combined with its guaranteed delivery options for time – sensitive freight, this allows businesses to move specialized cargo through a network built specifically for commercial LTL transportation rather than general parcel delivery.
You can search for your shipment using a PRO Number, Bill of Lading (BOL) Number, or Purchase Order (PO) Number. In most cases, the PRO Number is the quickest and most accurate way to find tracking updates.
Tracking doesn’t refresh on a fixed schedule. New updates appear whenever your freight reaches a major milestone, such as pickup, arrival at a terminal, departure for the next hub, customs clearance (for cross-border shipments), or final delivery.
The tracking page shows where your shipment was last scanned, its current status, and the next step in transit. Depending on the shipment, you may also see the origin and destination terminals, estimated delivery information, and confirmation once the freight has been delivered.
Double-check that you’ve entered the correct PRO, BOL, or PO number. If the shipment was only recently booked, it may take a little time before the first scan appears online. If you still can’t find any tracking information, contact Hercules Forwarding at (215) 329-1600 so they can help verify your shipment.
