    Uni Express automatically reattempts delivery within 24–48 hours. If unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to the warehouse. Submit a support ticket to reschedule delivery or update address details.

  3. How to update delivery instructions or address details?
    Submit a support ticket with the tracking number and revised information (e.g., unit number, gate code). Confirmation is provided once changes are applied.

  4. What does “misrouted” status mean?
    Indicates the parcel was accidentally sent to the wrong warehouse. It will be rerouted automatically, but delivery may be delayed. No action is required unless the status persists beyond 3–5 days.

  5. How to report a damaged or missing package?
