Q1: How soon does the first tracking update appear?
Allow up to 3 hours after pick-up for the initial barcode scan to reflect in the system.
Q2: What does In Transit mean?
The shipment is moving between facilities or is out for delivery following its last scan.
Q3: What if no tracking information is available?
Verify the tracking number for accuracy. If no scans appear after 24 hours, contact the Call Center or Live Chat for assistance.
Q4: Can delivery instructions be amended after dispatch?
Changes to delivery address or time can be requested before the parcel departs the origin hub; contact the Call Center immediately to initiate.
Q5: How to retrieve the tracking number?
The tracking number is provided on the booking confirmation, shipping label and within any email notifications generated by Asyad Express.
