bpost, formerly known as De Post/La Poste until 2010, operates as Belgium’s national postal operator with roots reaching back to the 19th century. Today, bpost functions as a modern omni-commerce logistics partner, managing mail, parcels, direct marketing, banking and insurance services. Under the bpostgroup umbrella, over 36 000 employees in Belgium and worldwide connect consumers, businesses and government through a network of 3 000+ points of sale, thousands of parcel lockers and advanced e-commerce fulfilment solutions. Recent investments, such as the acquisition of Radial, Inc. in 2017, have expanded bpost’s global reach, while digital platforms like Track & Trace and the My bpost app deliver real-time shipment visibility and flexible delivery management.
