How to Track Evri Packages

  1. Official Evri website

    • Visit the Track a parcel page, enter the 16-character parcel tracking code (or 8-digit calling card number), and click Track to see the parcel’s journey.

  2. Evri tracking via Synctrack

    • Obtain the Evri tracking number from the sender.

    • Go to the Synctrack Tracking page.

    • Input the Evri tracking number and select Track to view shipment details.

  3. Evri mobile app

    • Download from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

    • Open the app and tap Track a parcel, enter your code, and view real-time updates, delivery windows, and photo confirmation.

  4. Telephone (Interactive Voice Response)

2. What if a parcel hasn’t arrived after 7 days?

Notify the sender so they can contact Evri; longer delays trigger an investigation by customer service.

3. Can a parcel be collected directly?

Parcels delivered by a local Courier cannot be collected at a depot; however, up to three delivery attempts are made. If unavailable, divert to a neighbour or safe place.

4. How are international parcels tracked?

Use the International tracking tool on Evri’s site, entering the same 16-character code to view global transit updates.

5. What tracking information is shown?
