1. What is the maximum storage time for a parcel?
Parcels are stored at GHN facilities for up to 5 days from the first delivery attempt, during which GHN will contact the recipient.
2. How many delivery attempts does GHN make?
Up to 3 attempts per shipment. If delivery fails due to unreachable recipient, the order is held for return processing and can be re-scheduled within 24 hours.
3. Can a shipment be tracked by phone number?
Tracking by phone number is available only to registered merchants on GHN. Individual customers must use a tracking number.
4. How to change the delivery address after order creation?
Contact 1900 636 677 or email [email protected] with the tracking number and new address for assistance.
5. What if the tracking number is not found?
Verify the tracking number provided by the sender. If still unavailable, contact the sender or call 1900 636 677 for further support.
