How can the tracking number be found?
The tracking number appears on the sender’s shipping confirmation or sales receipt. Online retailers also list it in the order details of customer accounts.
Why isn’t the parcel appearing in Track & Trace?
New shipments may take up to two hours to register. Verify the number is correct; if still missing, confirm with the sender that the consignment information includes your mobile phone and email.
How are delivery notifications received?
Notifications arrive via SMS, email and, if using the Paketit app, as push messages when the parcel is dispatched, arrives nearby and is ready for pickup.
What information is needed to pick up a parcel?
Only the pickup code provided in the notification is required. No ID or power of attorney is needed unless stated otherwise (e.g., controlled items).
Can shipments be managed after dispatch?
Through the Paketit app or MParcel portal, it is possible to purchase additional storage time, forward the parcel to another point or arrange home delivery before collection.
