  1. Navigate to the Track Your Order page on hk.pickupp.io/en or sign in to the Pickupp app.

  2. Enter the tracking number provided by the sender into the search field.

  3. Review the real-time status, including pick-up confirmation, in-transit scans and estimated delivery time.

Via the Synctrack platform

  1. Obtain the Pickupp tracking number from your order confirmation.

  2. Visit synctrack.io/couriers/ and select Pickupp from the courier list .

  3. Paste the number into the input box and click Track to view detailed shipment progress under “Pickupp tracking.”
