Urban deliveries usually arrive within 1–3 business days, while rural areas take 3–5 business days.

The tracking number appears on the Order Details page under Shipping Information in the Shopee app or website.
3. Why is my tracking not updating?
New shipments may take up to 24 hours to register in the SPX system. If no updates appear after this, contact SPX support via the provided phone or email.
4. How many delivery attempts are made?
SPX Express makes two delivery attempts before returning the parcel to the sender or seller.
5. Does SPX Express deliver on Sundays?
While pickups occur Monday–Sunday, actual deliveries take place Monday–Saturday during normal operating hours.
